Shipping Liability
I understand that once my package is entrusted to a common carrier (i.e. UPS and FedEx) that Ammunationusa.com does not have control over my package. Additionally, I agree that once such common carrier delivers my package to the address I specified, I am fully responsible for the safety of my package (please make sure that the common carrier has access to a safe location at which to deliver your package).

California Orders:
Customer is responsible for checking with the FFL dealer prior to placing an order that the FFL will accept the order/shipment. If the dealer is not accepting transfers, and order is returned to Ammunation, LLC we will automatically refund the order LESS the 20% restocking fee. Please follow your tracking number to ensure the package is delivered to your FFL. Customer will be subject to any additional fees for reshipment to a different dealer. Fee can vary based on order. Any returned shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Typographical Errors:
In the event that a Ammunationusa.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Ammunationusa.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Ammunationusa.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. I also understand that any complaint or legal suit I file against Ammunationusa.com, and any purchases I make from Ammunationusa.com, shall be governed solely by Texas Law.
